Alaska Energy Authority's Chugach Regional Energy Conference: 

Objective: To discuss an overall energy plan for the Chugach region with all the stakeholders and residents of the Prince William Sound area.  It is the intent to develop a regional energy plan that comes from a local perspective, and one that will fit into the overall State Energy Plan.
